HASS:

Wattle Grove Primary School will be celebrating WA Day in week 8. The theme is 'Wander out Yonder' promoting WA locals to take a holiday in their ‘backyard’. Each classroom will be decorating their classroom door that features a location in WA. Our Kindy classroom will be decorating our door from the Perth/Peel region.

Show & Tell has been enjoyed by all, with the children bringing in great items and learning from each other. Fantastic Speaking and Listening skills are developing. Sharing news is a fun way to build oral language, gain confidence and assist with initial phonic sounds with links to words and vocabulary. Please continue to practise news and help your child to speak in sentences about their object.

Enjoy the weekend together and maybe explore something special about WA, which the children can incorporate into their news telling.
